Tot Love

From Tot Tennis and obstacle courses to tater tots and BBQ sauce, fourth generation Wynne tennis player, Timothy, shares some of his loves….and who can blame him? Two pretty great things.

#GivingTuesday is less than a week away! A donation of only $20 gifts one Tot Tennis registration for Summer 2020. It’s never too early to give.

Growing as Players and People

Former player and current coach, Andrew hits the nail on the head. Our kids are more than just tennis players. We celebrate the off the court successes, too!

We are beyond proud that Andrew is a part of our ICTP family. He was a pivotal team member at Ball State University, is completing his final year of law school, and continues to coach and mentor during his free time. He understands that the off the court skills are even more important than the tennis.

There are just 12 days until #GivingTuesday when you can celebrate these off the court successes with us by #GivingTennis!

More Than Just a Player

The BIG day is getting closer! We are officially two weeks away from #GivingTuesday and back again with another of our favorite High Performance players. Zoe has been a part of our program for several years. She’s not just a player though, she gives back, too, helping our younger players, volunteering at our Palooza, and serving as an incredible role model. She can often be spotted quietly jumping in to help wherever it may be needed.

What does Zoe love about our program? “…the coaches are always willing to help you and do a lot so we can get better.”

It’s not too early for YOU to jump in and help, too! Every gift makes a huge impact, no matter the size.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

These senior members of the North Central Men’s Tennis Team know just how essential teamwork is to achieve success. Now we look to you to join our team in making junior players’ dreams come true. We all know that tennis is much more than a game. Our players learn valuable skills to carry throughout life, from the court, to school, to the board room. By #GivingTennis today, you not only gift the game, but also the skills to achieve success, especially off the court.

The NC Men’s Team finished 2nd in the state this year, a position which was unexpected, largely because of such skills. Included in this picture is Carter Bailey (center), the recipient of this year’s IHSAA Mental Attitude Award, excelling in mental attitude, scholarship, leadership and athletic ability in tennis.

Sisters Love Junior Summer Wonders

The countdown is on! Only 21 days until #GivingTuesday! Meet Sydney and Rory, two of our Junior Summer Wonders. They have participated in our program for several years and are working their way up the ladder to competitive tennis.

What they love most about the program is their coaches and seeing their friends every day! We can vouch that their coaches love them, too!

Now is your chance to to give other players the opportunity to play with their friends and receive loving coaching while working towards their goals. Make a gift today and impact a junior player’s life.

BB Loves Teaching

We are gearing up for #GivingTuesday by sharing the reasons our players and coaches love the program. Who better to kick it off than the one and only Barbara Wynne?!

Our beloved BB, who founded our program in 1964, continues to teach and share her love of the game daily. She has influenced generations of young players.

Her reason for loving teaching is, “…I get to give away something I love to a student athlete or a beginner learning to play tennis the skills needed for a lifetime of fun playing my favorite sport!”

True to her character, BB was our first donor, #GivingTennis to yet another generation of players this upcoming summer.

#GivingTuesday 2019

SAVE THE DATE

On Tuesday, December 3rd, let’s turn #GivingTuesday into #GivingTennisDay!

We’ve set a goal of raising $4,250. That equals TWENTY registrations for Summer 2020. Your donations will directly gift the game of tennis to junior players in need.

It doesn’t take much to make a real impact. Your gift makes a difference, helping our local youth and the growth of tennis in our community.

We simply cannot do it without you.

BY DONATING YOU WILL:

  • Introduce the game of tennis to a new generation of players.
  • Increase our program’s number of scholarship recipients.
  • Enable those with fewer resources access to exceptional coaching, build their confidence, and gain valuable life skills such as teamwork, dedication, and discipline.

Your gift today will help share your love of the game.

$20   – provides one Tot Tennis registration
$60   – provides one Evening Beginner Tennis registration

Best in the State

Congratulations Carmel and North Central Men’s Tennis! First and second in the state, respectively. Incredibly proud to say that 11 of the 14 players that competed in the final match are ICTP players! Congratulations also to Carter Bailey, the recipient of the IHSAA Mental Attitude Award.
