As stated in our Payment and Refund Policy (found here), we accept cancellations up to 24 hours in advance for a refund, minus a $10 refund fee. Registrations cancelled within 24 hours of, or after, the start of the group will be charged in full.
All refund requests will be reviewed prior to issuance. We hope to have refunds issued within one week of receiving the request. A confirmation will be sent upon the completion of your refund.
